The family of Orlando Santos, 28, who was shot to death after a police car chase over the weekend, remembered him with a protest on wheels. According to the New York Post, 20 cars filled with friends and family tailgated along Cypress Avenue in a horn-honking, light flashing procession. The procession traced the path of the police persuit that ended on the Major Deegan Expressway at 138th Street near the Willis Avenue exit, according to NY1. Reports say police fired 19 shots, killing Santos after he refused to exit his SUV.
