After losing the elections for the 84th Assembly District, Maximino Rivera is suing the New York City Board of Elections, reports the Daily News. Rivera is accusing Assemblywoman Carmen Arroyo of using “intimidation” tacticts to win the election. The accusation claims will be heard by a judge on Monday, Oct. 3.
