South Bronx activists plan to rally at a vacant building, a former rehabilitation center located at 349 E. 140th Street, to host a “spiritual reclaiming” on October 15th.

Attendees aim to raise awareness about their plans to occupy the building and turn it into a community center for arts, health and education.
