The 28th annual Bronx Veterans’ Day Parade to be held in Throgs Neck this Sunday will pay special tribute to the women of the armed forces. The Daily News reports that the community is excited about the event and its special focus.

The event begins at noon at East Tremont and Lafayette Avenue.
