City Island fell victim to some of the worst storm damage in the Bronx, including flooding, fires and power outages.  DNA Info reports that the community is beginning to assess the damage and make repairs.

Although many business have been heavily damaged, the IGA Supermarket and Dunkin’ Donuts have re-opened.
