Democratic candidates won every state election in the Bronx on Election Day, Norwood News Reports.

Every Democratic candidate for state senate and assembly won with more than 90 percent of the vote, with the exception of the 80th district’s Mark Gjonaj, who won a seat in the assembly with 79 percent of the vote. The New York Board of Elections has yet to release official results.

Due to redistricting, some parts of the Bronx will have new elected officials starting next year.
