Police have charged Binghamton resident Joseph A. Ross-Jones, 25, with killing Bronx resident Daniel Martinez, 27, according to the Binghamton Press and Sun-Bulletin. Police say Martinez, found in a wooded area with a gun shot and stab wounds, died of “multiple traumatic injuries and blood loss.” Jones has pleaded not guilty to a second-degree murder charge.
